These Terms of Service govern your use of WiFiHapa. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Welcome to WiFiHapa, a platform operated by PigaTech SoftCompany ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PigaTech SoftCompany governing your access to and use of the WiFiHapa website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering for, accessing, or using WiFiHapa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Dual-role platform
WiFiHapa serves two distinct user groups: Customers who purchase WiFi access, and Router Owners who provide WiFi access through their registered routers.
By using WiFiHapa, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity, and all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

| Time bundles | 30min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 12h, 24h. Time begins when password is delivered. |
| Auto-expiry | Access automatically terminates when purchased time expires. |
| Password delivery | Passwords sent via SMS to your registered phone number. |
Refund policy
If you experience technical issues preventing connection, contact support within 24 hours. We may issue credits at our discretion.
Router owner responsibilities
As a router owner, you are an independent service provider, not an employee or agent of PigaTech SoftCompany.

| Pricing | You set your own hourly rates. Commission deducted before payout. |
| Taxes | You are solely responsible for taxes on your earnings. |
Router owner earnings
- Commission rates: Starter 15%, Business 10%, Enterprise 5%.
- Payouts sent daily to registered M-Pesa or Tigo Pesa number.
- Minimum withdrawal: 5,000 TZS.
All payments are processed via mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money). Payments are final and non-refundable except as provided in Section 4.
You agree not to use WiFiHapa for any illegal purpose, attempt to circumvent payments, share passwords, or interfere with our systems.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it on the Platform.
WiFiHapa and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of PigaTech SoftCompany. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases immediately.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PigaTech SoftCompany shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PigaTech SoftCompany from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Dodoma, Tanzania.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
